The Adoption council of Canada promotes the adoption of children and youth from foster care, elevate youth voices and provide post-adoption support to families.

Adopt Together is the world’s first and largest adoption crowd-funding platform. They bridge the gap between families who want to adopt and the children who need loving homes.

The Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.) is the national leader in mental health services for the foster care and adoption community nationwide, nurturing, inspiring and empowering families to grow and thrive.

CCAI’s mission is to bring adoption and foster care awareness to Capitol Hill. They bring voices of experience and expertise to members of Congress so they can improve laws and policies.

The Coalition is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit organization that works to inspire, inform, and support individuals and families caring for children touched by foster care and adoption. We partner with the Coalition through the Home to Stay® backpack program which provides newly adopted children in Wisconsin personalized backpacks.

Creating a Family offers hope, solutions, unbiased education and support for adoptive families. Creating a Families helps adoptive parents manage things like identity, belonging, the lingering effects of abuse, neglect and prenatal exposure to drugs or alcohol and more.

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption® is a nationally recognized nonprofit public charity focus on dramatically increasing the adoption of children from North America’s foster care system, raising awareness and creating a national conversation of foster care adoption.

NACAC is a nationally recognized leader in post-adoption services and supports a network of parent support groups across the US and in Canada. We work with NACAC to provide funding for parent leadership trainings conferences, direct training for adoptive parent leaders and consultation to dozens of adoption groups every year.
